About Catfoss

Andrew Foreman, founder and Chairman, became a market leader in the modular and portable building industry starting in the late 1980’s when he established Foreman’s Relocatable Building Systems Ltd. The business was sold to Portakabin in early 2000, the market sector leaders, in a multi-million pound deal. Andrew Foreman remains the owner of the factory and industrial land and leases to Portakabin / Shepherd Group.

Due to the success of Foremans Relocatable Systems Ltd and a sale of the business to the Shepherd Group Andrew Foreman then established Interlink Building Systems Ltd with a successful proven management team, who focused on the manufacturing and hire of modular buildings. The company became market leaders with a circa £50m turnover. The company was sold for £32m to WACO in 2004.
